The CEO of the Facebook compagny, now called Meta has changed its slogans. «Move fast» or «build awesome things», «live in the future» promise new Meta values and a new company policy that has not been updated since 2007. Mark Zuckerberg (The CEO) wants to ’’focus on long-term impact’’, and change the vision of metaverse and move away from social media vision (of instagram and facebook).
Headline : New York girl missing for two years found alive in a hidden staircase room

The parents abducted their own child two years earlier. The girl was living under a staircase in a small and miserable room, paramedics examined her and she is in good health. The parents were questioned several times over these two years and lied to the police about the location of the girl. The police obtained a search warrant and found the girl underneath the staircase.
Headline : Black workers accused Tesla of racism for years. Now California is stepping in

Tesla ignored years of complaints from its workers. Black workers were harrassed and discriminated in the company. They found graffitis on walls of the company and Tesla waited months to clean it up. Workers began to sue the company but Tesla swept the matter under the rug. Now Tesla is accused of violating the Fair Employement and Housing Act and The California Equal Pay Act. It means that Tesla doesn’t pay all workers the same wage for the same work and black workers have to pay more for their house than white workers. And top of that, they have to endure harrassment at work.

These clients were human traffickers, murderers, fraudsters and corrupt individuals, clients involved in drugs trafficking, and money laundering…. A massiv leak from one of the world’s biggest private banks has reveled and exposed these clients, and how Credit Suisse maintains bank accounts of high-risk clients.
Headline : First person to receive heart transplant from pig dies, says Maryland hospital

The first person to received a pig heart to survive was David Benett on January 10. After the transplant, Mr Benett recovered slowly for a month and was feelingbetter, but a few days later the patient’s condition was deteriorated and he died a few hours ago. The Doctor couldn’t say whether this was due to infection or a reject from the body of the heart. The pig heart was cleared of pig genes that can interfere with the body and cause fast rejection of the transplant. Pig have been used for a long time in medecine and this transplant was a sign of a new solution to the demand of hearts transplants. Because every year there are 106,000 requests and many patients have died before the transplant.
Headline : Russia to block Instagram after Meta relaxes stance on Putin hate speech

Putin’s government wants to block access to instagram a week after blocking Meta in Russia. Putin called Russian prosecutors to removed instagram in the country to deny forms of violence about the war in Ukraine on social media. They want to avoid riots about the war and prohibit the relaxation of policies on social networks of violence against Russian soldiers.

The South Korea’s president newly elected president is sexist and ‘anti-feminist’ he wants to punish toughest women who want to make false accusations for abusiv sexual comportement. He wants to end gender equality , because he thinks that the government focuses a lot on women’s rights rather than men’s rights which is not necessary. Misogyny is a real problem in Korea and forthe women there, because they are only used as a financial security when men are going to military service.

An Uyghur Muslim from China traveled first to Turkey and then to a remote area north of the Artic Circle to escape China’s authority. When he left China, Omer received a lot of messages (which are threats) from Chinese agents. Before leaving, he was detained, tortured, beaten, interrogated and brainwashed. But then they let him go and gave him a letter that proves that he is a terrorist and that he can return to China as a spy whenever he wants. In Turkey, he felt overwhelmed by the messages he received and went in Artic.

North Korea test-launches its ‘largest intercontinental ballistic missile yet’
Japan calls testing ‘unforgivable’ as regime fires one of biggest missiles for first time since 2017Today, North Korea launched a missile, the largest ballistic missile since 2017. In response to the ICBM, South Korea sent a missile towards Japan, one of their powerful missile from Sunan near NK’s capital. It traveled 1,080km in 71 minutes, there is no damages but Japanese authorities say it was unacceptable and unfogivable. While other countries are focusing on the pandemic and the war between Ukraine and Russia, North Korea has started to launch its missiles. This launch is a violation of UN security resolutions.

Ethiopia and Tigray have been in conflict for 16 months, but more than 90 percent of the population is in need of food . To improve the humanitarian situation Ethiopia has announced a truce, and the government hopes it will help calm the conflict.
Headline : China plane crash : cockpit voice recorder analysed for clues as first victims found

A 6-year-old plane, Boeing 737-89P crashed on March 21, and may have killed all its passengers, 132 people. The cause of the crash is unknown, investigators have found the black box recorder which is badly damaged and they want to find the second box which has data of the flight to know more the circumstances. 300 rescuers workers went to the crash site to find people who can be located.
